Our Sugar Bush is in the Muskoka district where we have an old traditional wood fired evaporator in our Sugar shack. Family and friends take part in the gathering and boiling of the Majestic Muskoka maple sap and we enjoy the sweet smell of the sap and wood burning in the spring air. Our buckets and lines go out in March and we boil the sap down, triple filter it to make yummy Golden Maple Syrup. We always use glass bottles as to the maple syrup is better preserved and will not lose colour over time.
We also carry a variety of Ontario Fresh Berries and homemade jams when they are in season and will be available at our new Farm Stand in 2025
